NCC Opens Public Consultation on Amended Telecom Regulatory Instruments

The Nigerian Communications Commission (NCC) invites industry stakeholders to contribute feedback on updated draft regulatory instruments and participate in scheduled Public Inquiries in Abuja. The Director of Public Affairs, Reuben Muoka, announced the opportunity for written submissions on the NCC’s website.

The draft regulations include amendments to Telecommunications Networks Interconnection Regulations, Guidelines on Procedure for Granting Approval to Disconnect Telecom Operators, and Guidelines on Dispute Resolution. Public Inquiries are set for May 21-22, 2024, at the NCC Head Office. Stakeholders are urged to submit feedback by May 10, 2024.
